Also known under the alias 'Rad Rascal', Hail Thomas is a Philly-based 2D animator and cartoonist, with added experience in project production and TV screenwriting. Hail prides himself on being a 'jack of all trades' for short animated films, able to tackle anything involing concept art, character design, storyboarding, animating, compositing, voice acting, music production, and more!Hail is a recent graduate from University of the Arts with a BFA in Animation, Minor in Screenwriting, but has been animating and in the field since 2020, and is currently looking for career positions in animation and production.
